Shipment processing time

The Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Saturdays after 3 PM, Sundays or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may delay by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via WhatsApp, email, or phone. Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. If located within the Nairobi area, we offer same-day delivery for FREE. The Rest of Kenya can take up to 2 business days, costing Ksh. 350 For Outside Kenya,* handling time can be 1-4 business days. However, the clients have to confirm arrangements for shipment through a call with our customer care representatives. * Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within Nairobi and select surrounding areas. To know if you fall in the geographical reach, confirm via phone. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. We will inform you on such occasions or call if your order is unreasonably late.

Shipment to P.O. boxes addresses

City Walk delivers to most addresses in Kenya. We also ship to other regions occasionally upon customer request. Ensure you speak to our customer care representatives for special arrangements.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

City Walk is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are individual customer responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

City Walk is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, contact us within the hour of receiving your package to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. International Shipping Policy We ship to all areas as per the client’s request.
